HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG

Nhẹ nhàng thoa một lượng nhỏ kem Metsal lên da 2-3 lần một ngày. Kem thẩm thấu để giảm đau. Không cần chà xát mạnh. – Thể thao: Thoa trước, trong và sau khi chơi thể thao để giảm bong gân, căng cơ, đau cơ và khớp. Trước khi chơi thể thao: Thoa trước khi chơi thể thao và khởi động trước khi hoạt động. Trong khi chơi thể thao: Thoa lên các cơ và khớp bị đau và mỏi để giảm đau. Sau khi chơi thể thao: Thoa lên các cơ và khớp để giảm đau liên quan đến bong gân, căng cơ và đau cơ. – Khi bị thương: Nghỉ ngơi: Nghỉ ngơi chấn thương ít nhất 48-72 giờ. Chườm đá: Chườm đá lên vùng bị thương ngay lập tức trong 20 phút sau mỗi 2 giờ để giảm sưng và đau. Nén: Quấn vết thương bằng băng nén. Nâng cao: Nâng cao vùng bị thương để giảm sưng và đau. – Phục hồi: Có thể thoa Kem xoa nóng Metsal lên cơ và khớp sau khi vết sưng đã giảm. Nhiệt độ bảo quản: Dưới 30°C.

WARNINGS

Do not use this medicine:
– On children under 2 years of ages.
– If past the expiry date.

While using this medicine:
– For external use only.
– Keep away from eyes and open wounds or skin abrasions.
– Do not use heat lamps, heat pads, hot water bottles or bandages.
– If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your doctor or pharmacist.

DIRECTION

Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal cream into the skin 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required.

– Sport: Apply before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain.
Before Sport: Apply before sport and warm up before activity.
During Sport: Apply to sore and tired muscles and joints to relieve pain.
After Sport: Apply to muscles and joints to relieve pain associated with sprains, strains and sore muscles.
– When injured:
Rest: Rest injury for at least 48-72 hours.
Ice: Apply ice to injured area immediately for 20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain.
Compress: Wrap injury with compression bandage.
Elevation: Elevate injured area to reduce swelling and pain.
– Recovery: Metsal Heat Rub Cream can be applied to muscles and joints once the swelling has subsided. Storage Temperature: Below 30°C.
